Im here not only to take your picture but to get you camera ready with a little self discovery and to help you develop a positive body image. So next time your husband, friend or sister or whoever it might be wants to take your picture, you jump in there with pride and nothing but love for yourself.

Have you ever thought about how better your life would be if you had more self-esteem? You could make decisions with confidence, believe in your worth, and stand up for what makes you unique.

It doesn’t matter if you’re just out of high school or are about to have your third child, you deserve to feel good about who you are! 

I’m here to help women of all ages realise their natural beauty and put their mental health first. The way you see yourself plays a huge role in your everyday life. I’m not here to show you perfection, These sessions are designed to capture your natural beauty, 'flaws' and all to promote self-confidence and a positive body image. I want to encourage people to appreciate all the things that make us unique, that make us who we are, even if we don't love them - yet. Whether it's stretch marks, scars, baby-weight, varicose veins, wrinkles....whatever your imperfections, let's learn to love the skin we're in!

I understand how hard it is for you to believe that a portrait photographer can make you look or feel confident and how hard it is to say fuck it and fill out that contact sheet below. The truth is that the only way to prove it is to experience it yourself.

All women are different and deserve to see how beautiful and confident they are in their own way. It’s easy to look at portraits of confident women, the hard part is facing your fears and starting a conversation about your own life-changing portrait. Luckily I have the passion and expertise to help you see how naturally beautiful you are no matter what.

Why do you want to live another day without your confidence?

We together create a custom themed photoshoot based on the personalities, life experiences, and fantasies of women just like you. I don’t want to take the cookie-cutter approach to portraits that make everyone look the same or where you only have the choice to bare all in a boudoir session. (Unless thats your fantasy)

This is what to expect when you say “fuck it, I’m in!! I want a self - love photo experience”  

I will be carefully guiding you through some activties and conversations to find the issues that are blocking your ability to find your confidence. That includes talking through body issues, anxiety, and negative social influences and comeplete a few worksheets before your photoshoot.

I’m a certified Nutrition and Health coach, so rest asurred I have a little background training. But I also feel your pain, I truely understand how hard this is. I’m doing the work right with you.
